The RBE team consists of Raquel Salavessa, Alex Craw, and David Coimbra, under the lead of Carsten Schwarz from management board.
The team in Portugal has the aim of developing, installing and testing RBE zero-series. After the testing phase, the responsible for RBE serial installation is EK internal client, the operation department.
The RBE team also dedicates to implement RBE on the external market, by participating in several events which have some potential on reaching other wind farm owners and operators. We also manage digital communication that has been extremely relevant on disseminating RBE as a reliable product that can be used to increase wind farm production.
Responsible for Energiekontor Portuguese branch, is the legal representative of Energiekontor wind farms in Portugal and managing the RBE team development in Portugal.
Based in Energiekontor’s Glasgow office, and provides UK specific steering and guidance to the Portuguese and German team members. Alex brings a wealth of experience in UK Commercial & Technical Operations, and also delivery of technical optimisation projects.
His work towards the RBE projects and products is mainly devoted to managing the technical aspects of the development, manufacture and connection/installation solutions of the Rotor Blade Extension as well as overviewing full size testing endeavours of the projects. He also gives his contribution on marketing actions to demonstrate the advantages of the RBE to potential clients.
